England Rugby (RFU) is the national governing body for grassroots and elite rugby union in England, with a membership of over 2,000 clubs and over 2 million players of the sport. The RFU delivers over 30,000 coaching sessions each year through its vast network of 120 community rugby coaches and over 60,000 volunteers. The RFU is the largest rugby union national governing body in the world and one of the largest sports organisations in England

Founded in 1871, the RFU was the sport’s first international governing body prior to the formation of World Rugby. It promotes and runs the sport, organises international matches for the national teams and provides a comprehensive training programme for players and officials.

OPRO has a longstanding partnership with England Rugby, having supplied thousands of England internationals from the junior teams to the seniors, across both the men’s and women’s code. Committed to growing the sport at the grassroots level, OPRO is also an Official Supplier to England Rugby’s All Schools Project. The All Schools project invests in the next generation, introducing the sport to over 1 million children with the aim of making school life healthier and increasing their self-esteem.
