After reviewing last season we concluded that by enlarge the season was a success with the first team finishing in its highest league position since the clubs formation, the second team for filling all but one fixture due to weather (snow) and the vets playing in the Cup and giving a good account of themselves against the big three county sides.

Financially this season has seen the club operating with in budget and a significant increase in club revenues specifically membership and sponsorship illustrating great growth.

Facilities, with the playing field trust now having secured the lease on the ground it now offers the club to secure tenure on the clubhouse and grounds giving further opportunity to improve the facilities at Holton, having said that we have recognised that the club now has tidy up its operation and present its self in the best possible way to move things forward.

Membership,

After a lengthy discussion on the matter we voted in favour of keeping the membership at £150 a season for full members, £100 for students, £30 for Non Playing members. The match fees remain at £5. New Members will continue to receive stash and existing members will have any stash that fails in the line of duty replaced f.o.c. it was also recognised that to operate the cub at the current level we can not afford to subsidise membership.

Recognising that there seems to be a stigma attached to the 2nd xv we discussed the potential in "re-branding" the team to offer more of a buy-in, we have voted 14-0 1 abstained in favour of calling the team the Outlaws.
