Chadbone added: 'Ezra Rees is having one of those purple patches where he knock down walls if the opposition blindfolded him.
'Ress is big and quick which is a great start. But he adds to this raw power with real balance and Hunger.
'Continually improving his understanding of modern forward play. It would be remarkable were he not to get some 1st team recognition in 2018.'
Rees was voted for by a he playing peers and judged to have had the biggest impact in the January.
